Amber has worked for The Toledo Clinic since March of 2014.  She joined Dr. Kouba’s practice in June of 2015.

Amber was born and raised in Maumee Ohio and is a graduate of Whitmer High School.  She earned her Associates of Arts degree in Health Care Administration in March of 2012.

She lives in the Sylvania area with her husband Sontino, son Carson and daughter Riley.  She would describe her family as loving, caring, crazy, dependable and energetic.  She would describe herself as unselfish, thoughtful and compassionate.

If Amber could do any other job for one day she would want to be a Life Flight Nurse.  Her least favorite food is anything healthy and if there were one food she wishes had zero calories it would be Netty’s Ice Cream!   What’s on her bucket list?  Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane-sky dive!
