Holly diagnoses and treats dermatological conditions, performing minor surgeries and cosmetic procedures. She specializes in skin cancer screenings, botox, lip fillers, laser hair, brown spot and vein removal.

Katie Chen attended the University of Toledo where she obtained her Doctor in Nursing and received Dean of Nursing Award. She is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who joined our practice in 2020.

Toledo Dermatologist, Dr. David Kouba is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. With 20+ years of experience, Dr. Kouba is an expert at skin cancer removal and reconstruction.

Kim specializes in skin cancer screenings, surgery and laser hair removal and is currently accepting new patients in our Toledo and Woodville office.

Emily grew up in Liberty Center and is excited to begin working in the local Defiance community.

A Toledo area provider of dermatology, Dr. Allison Dollman has over ten years of clinical experience. Dr. Dollman received dermatology training directly from Dr. Kouba.

Christine acquired her undergraduate degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 2000. She then went on to receive her Masters in Nursing from the University of Toledo Medical Center in 2011, graduating with honors. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
