Toledo Dermatologists, Dr. David Kouba is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Before fellowship, Dr. Kouba completed his Dermatology residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
