Construction began late December and in approximately seven months, Toledo Clinic Facial Plastics and Dermatology will open a new office in Wauseon. Dr. David Kouba is building a combination medical office and retail center on Shoop Avenue in Wauseon, Ohio. His 2,500 square foot dermatology office will be the primary occupant of the new 8,000 square foot building. Dr. Kouba extensively researched the area and chose this site because of its central location. Upon completion, this location will replace the already existing office located at the Fulton County Health Center. The building will be constructed by Sean Patrick Builders and was designed by Kime Design, both located in Toledo, Ohio. The new building will consist of three units: Dr. Kouba’s dermatology practice and the other two to be leased (possibly by retail businesses). Dr. Kouba, Dr. Allison Dollman and two physician assistants will run the new office. The focus of the staff will be general dermatology and a surgical aim on skin cancers. Below please see an architect’s rendering of the new building.
