Our newest location is open in Adrian, Michigan

Located at 1136 Country Club Rd.Suite C in Adrian, MI (49221), our new Adrian office is ready to serve patients in southern Michigan. The new office is the practice's fourth location and first location in Michigan. It joins our main office in Toledo as well as satellite offices in Wauseon and Woodville. The office will be serviced by our main Dermatologist, Dr. David Kouba, and online telemedicine care at the location will be provided by Dr. Allison Dollman. Two nurse practitioners, Katie Chen DNP and Michaela Unrein NP-C, will also serve the office as dermatologic providers.

The office will focus on diagnosing and treating skin conditions as well as surgical operations for more serious skin cancer removals and reconstructions. Dr. Kouba will offer his surgical expertise in Mohs to treat advanced skin cancer in an effective, efficient, and safe way.

The office is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It can be reached at 517-366-5110.
